Can we imagine a film that would change the way people look at the ocean? Can we explain simply, to everyone, the greatest natural mystery of our planet? And lastly, can we help our children believe in a better and more sustainable world tomorrow?

This is the triple challenge of this new film adventure by Yann Arthus-Bertrand, and whose editor is Michael Pitiot, who brings in his wake the scientific missions of TARA, a unique pool of researchers, oceanographers and biologists from several countries. With a breathtaking photograph, this film takes us on a magnificent and unprecedented journey into the heart of the most unknown regions of our planet.

This film tells the most wonderful as well as the most terrifying human experiences of our time. Shot in the four corners of extreme geography, it tells the modern odyssey of men to discover their blue planet. This film is also a plea for respect for the world in which we live.
